Our Track Record

Here are some of the assignments we have done as a company as can be seen in ListClients. This pales in comparison to the list of achievements of our people.

2009	Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia	Project Management and automation and electrical systems design, implementation and validation of a new small volume injectables manufacturing facility. Developed an innovative automation solution using Siemens S7 PLCs and HMIs. Software quality assurance and control was critical and all systems were validated in accordance with Pharmaceutical industry Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP).
2007	Singapore	Project tracking database using SQL Server. Tracking of punch list items and vendor deliverables. Provided a multi-dimensional hierarchical view of the project and manufacturing facility which enabled re-use of objects as shown from their various different aspects.
2005	Melbourne, Australia	Project information management consulting. Analysis of AS-IS business processes within a multi-national manufacturing organisation. Development of proposed TO-BE business process improvements to reduce double and triple handling of business data and reduce lead times. IT architecture strategy for increased integration of enterprise wide systems providing a reduction in ad-hoc and personal data stores including the adoption of additional enterprise systems to fill business process workflow “gaps” within the organisation.

We will add more projects to our track record list as we formally bill them. Until we have an irrevocable financial transaction where money flows from a customer into our business we do not register it as a sale.
