1. Revenue Flexibility
We do not believe there is a direct link between remuneration plan and trust, loyalty, obligation, persistence, determination, and so on. So long as people are treated and remunerated fairly, the rest will follow. Therefore, we are very flexible when it comes to how we pay people. We want to provide innovative and rewarding options.
For sub-contractors outsourced at a customer's premises, when being paid under a Coupled Invoicing scheme, we pay you for your time or deliverables after the client pays us. There is no carrying cost to us in order to pay you. We charge you a fee of 2.5% of the periodic customer invoice fee as a contribution to our Operating Expense. In a typical 40 hour working week, this equates to you contributing 1 hour of your working week to us. For the remaining 39 hours, every dollar the customer pays for your time goes straight into your pocket.
In fact, the way we see it, you are paying us, we're not even paying you. We don't have the capability to do that job. You do.
Any statutory government charges and withholding taxes must be allowed for from your portion. Most statutory costs are much less than some companies would have you believe.
When you wish to be paid periodically and regularly using Decoupled Invoicing, regardless of when the client pays us, we charge 10% of the gross periodic fee to cover the financial cost to us of paying you from our previous earnings.
If you are a staff member you are part of our fixed Operating Expense. Your salary is completely decoupled from our revenue. You are paid periodically and also receive our substantial 50% performance improvement
BonusPlan.
Even if you are a staff member and you move into an outsourced position, you can choose how you want to be paid. It may suit you to go to an hourly rate scheme to maximise your earnings whilst you are outsourced, and then return to a staff remuneration position at the end of the tenure. In this case our fee is 10% of your outsourced effort. You may even choose a sub-contract Coupled Invoicing scheme if the tenure justifies you setting yourself up as a contractor. In that case our fee is only 2.5%.
If you are engaged on projects as part of our team, you can elect to be paid periodically, such as hourly or weekly, or by deliverable. We treat each project as an opportunity to explore mutually beneficial payment schemes.
