We want to create an environment in which people can thrive. We don't want people to do their very best. We want people to want to do their very best. We want to be a place that people are passionate about.

We want people to be able to directly see how their actions and performance affects the performance of the business overall. Also we want people to see how overall business performance rewards them, personally and directly. We want people to have Goal congruence with the business and focus on systemic performance rather than local optima.

We want people to realise they have much to offer and much to learn. Lack of experience or knowledge is not a bad thing. Not admitting it is. We want to be the place where people get the knowledge and experience they desire. We want them to be challenged and rewarded for their efforts.

We want to be the place where people can execute projects of any kind faster than anywhere else. Where people can help customers increase velocity in sales, production, projects, distribution and other parts of their business. We want our people to become experts in deploying a Process of Ongoing Improvement in the businesses of our customers.

We want to help our people do what they want to do. What they are most interested in and care most about. We want them to be passionate about something and we want to nurture that passion. Here are some examples of what we can do for you:

Agency If you would like to use us as an employment agency with Coupled Invoicing you would need to pay us 2.5% of your pay to contribute to our Operating Expense (all of our fixed costs). That means you get 97.5% in your pocket.

You read it right. You pay us, we don't pay you. Some companies pay you a fraction of what the customer is paying for your attendance. These companies operate under the invalid assumption that they have the capability to do the job you are doing. They don't have that capability at all. Their capability ends with the completion of their opportunity management process when they make a sale and place you in the customer's business. That is the extent of their capability.

Projects If you would like to do projects with us we can offer you significant breadth and depth of experience. We are always marketing to get new work. We especially need "generalist specialists", those people who have wide and varied knowledge whilst at the same time have significant expertise in a few niche areas.

As a business we recognise that we have no capability. Only people like you have a capability. It is our objective to find the type of work that people like you (and us) want to do together. We should all benefit from that work, financially, professionally and personally.

Commissions Do you know of some opportunities but don't have the resources to address them? We can help. Bring us the opportunities and become the leader of a team of people who want to excel in the delivery of those opportunities.

We will negotiate a mutually agreeable commission with you.

Staff Bonus 50% of the increase in performance profit of the business from the equivalent period last year is paid out monthly to all staff as part of our BonusPlan.
