I have a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (BEng) with Honours from The University of Melbourne in Australia, graduating in 1987.

My professional career has centred on consulting, business operational management, automation and IT system design and deployment in high risk, complex and regulated environments.

I am a structured and logical thinker who likes to be challenged and who sees the big picture whilst working in the detail. I'm not afraid to think outside the square and am an innovative change agent who thrives in a dynamic and vital environment. I have a high level of personal and business integrity. I am determined to create value for all stakeholders in any endeavour undertaken.

I am an experienced and proven technology project leader, a good motivator and a positive thinker with a pragmatic outlook. I evaluate my own performance to strive for continuous improvement.

I have been involved in many aspects of leadership, strategy, management, marketing, sales, client liaison and project management. I have been a leading project manager, business consultant, regulatory compliance, automation and knowledge management consultant in the regional Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries. I embarked on many customer projects which implemented significant change throughout client organisations.

I have won major contracts and also managed dozens of client consulting projects over the years for both small enterprises as well as multi-nationals throughout Australia and South East Asia. These have included;
