We want to work with all customers who have a compatible CustomerImprovementModel. According to our ideas on WorkspaceClassification, we work with our customers in a CollaborationWorkspace and so the only outcome possible is win-win. That's because, by definition, a team cannot have a win-lose outcome. The team either wins or loses together. Any belief that there can even be a win-lose outcome must be based on one party, the other, or both having some invalid assumptions. We actively work to surface and challenge assumptions being made by all participants and use the Evaporating Cloud to that end. To have a lose-lose outcome infers that we, together with our client, were unable to adequately measure and adjust our strategy and performance during the endeavor. What could we possibly be doing if not that? When framed in these terms, win-win must be a certainty.

Our Fulfilment framework is purposefully designed around Agile methodology concepts to reduce the time and distance between customer valued requirements and our fulfilment team. Rather than go off by ourselves to try and work out how to satisfy our customers, we create a collaborative environment where we help our customers satisfy themselves.
